It’s that time again, the leaves are just beginning to tinge….the vegetables are being harvested in leaps and bounds, it’s almost fall. We are busy canning tomatoes, shelling beans for drying, and are back to our homeschool routine. The crafts have come out from their summer hiding, and it feels just about the right time to knit…(and do some weaving, and make that soap I’ve wanted to make all summer, but was just too busy to do!)

It was a hot one, this summer! And filled with adventures, and gardening, and swimming (& more swimming!)

We will see what next year brings! Each summer is so different, in the garden…
