Mid June garden update…(4 weeks after planting)

Updates from mid June….after many, many weeks of rainy cool weather, we now have hot and upper 90 degree days. The garden is still trying to adjust, and we are (not so patiently) waiting for all the plants to recover, send their roots down deep, and pop.  I’m hoping this week of sunshine will do the trick!

We are almost all planted, just have to get in the potatoes, popcorn, & sorghum. And replace the seedlings that didn’t make it with some second planting a of beets, or nasturtiums, or amaranth, or extra green beans. And get in those last minute watermelons we decided to try out. Almost there!
